Aşina — Restaurant in Girne Belediyesi

I absolutely do not recommend, avoid such places as far as possible! We ordered Sheftalie with friends, the waitress took the order but she came after... 30 minutes and told us that the meat was yesterday, stale and she could not serve it. Ok, so we quickly ordered lamb kebab. We waited for the meals for about 40 minutes. The portions came very small: two small kebabs and a meat ball, I do not know if even one slice of pita, and that's it. When I immediately asked if there would be any fries with it, the waitress said... that "yes, you are right, there should be fries with it!" She returned to the kitchen and we could hear the fries just starting to fry. Finally, after a total of about 1.5 hours, the fries were on the table greasy, one small portion in a bowl for 3 people! Comparing the starters to what is in the pictures, we did not even get half of it! This is one of my worst culinary experiences on the island, I left hungry and pissed off. Two of my friends paid 40€ for a mix kebap and a Lamb kebap. A mockery of customers, I will definitely not come back and I will not recommend this...

The meze platter was a true highlight—each element was bursting with flavor, from the rich smokiness of the grilled items to the creamy, refreshing Eggplant with Yoghurt and Tomato. Discovered this hidden gem in a backstreet of Kyrenia, and we had such a lovely evening! The cozy atmosphere, great music, and friendly service made us feel right at home. We ordered the Mezze, which was very reasonably priced and offered so much delicious food to share. The quality was top-notch, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Of course, our evening was made even better by the wonderful friends we were with, but Aşina definitely added to the magic. We were surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews—can’t wait...
