This evening started off as one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. The rudeness and poor service from some of the staff and an especially unpleasant encounter with a manager left me embarrassed to have brought my guests here. I truly thought the night was ruined. Then, Mehmet Özdemir stepped in. From the moment he took over our table, his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care completely changed the tone of the evening. Mehmet was incredibly polite, attentive without being intrusive, and his friendly hospitality was truly unmatched. He made us feel welcome, respected, and valued, something the rest of our experience sorely lacked.

I cannot thank Mehmet enough for saving what was otherwise an awful night. He is a credit to this establishment, and I wholeheartedly applaud his attitude and dedication to his guests. If only the rest of the team followed his example, this restaurant could live up to...

♿🚫 Not wheelchair accessible. Excellent seafood and it's the best I have had in North Cyprus. If you love great soup you must try Fish Soup and Vegetables. It has carrots, celery, fish, lemon, cream, butter, mussels, and prawns. The prawn salsa salads was fantastic, I love all the combination that puts together this mind-blowing tasty salad. The seafood fettuccine OMG!! I almost couldn't breathe because it slapped that so good, hmmmh!! Also tried the seafood paella which was just remarkable. The only downside we had with seafood paella was the albario rice which was recommended without the price and it was ridiculously expensive, you could barely notice it in the food. It's an excellent to eat and the mediterranean seaview with fresh breeze is just phenomenal, you have inside and outside seating plus the service was good. The most expensive luxury but the WORST FISH restaurant I've ever visited. Nice location and view, good ambiance and good service. But food..... fix menu in fish restaurant means cold starters without even smell of fish. Fish carpaccio they changed for eggplant salat without asking, but if someone asks they bring cold fish in Greek yoghurt as a fish carpaccio.... so for all evening I've seen calamari and dry unsalted salmon fillet on the table in the fish restaurant. We liked the service just, Ferhat waiter was very nice. Restaurant is very beautiful. But I would never advice it to anyone who wants not just drink some wine and make some pictures. But if you want to try good fish, definitely choose another place in Girne, there are enough. My first and last visit...
