Nero is one of my favourite coffee shop chains. My experience at this specific Nero however is bad most of the time. Knowing it's always busy, one would expect more employees working here. Today, for example, there was only one employee and one trainee. The employee left for a while leaving the trainee on his own. There was a supplier as long as a delivery man, waiting, and a huge line of customers. There was no one available to clean the tables. Everyone could see the trainee was struggling. I wasn't surprised when the ordered beverages were not of the usual good quality, but I felt so bad for the trainee that I said nothing. There is no one to blame here, but the management. Barista in training took our order had a hard time looking for it on the till no one to supervise her, since the manager was doing her own stuff. No profesionalism. then left the trainee on her own. Took her at least 15 minutes to make the two drinks that we ordered. Freddo tasted too watery and the frappe latte mocha was too milky didnt give a hint of the mocha flavor that was supposed to be there. But the pregnant kitty was friendly.
