Ocean Basket Lakatamia - Nicosia Mall — Restaurant in Nicosia

We recently visited Ocean Basket and had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was especially satisfying because, compared to a previous time when the service wasn’t the best, everything this time exceeded our expectations.

A very big part of our positive experience was thanks to our waiter, “Sasmin” (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. She made sure we had everything we needed, always greeted us warmly with a smile, and treated us with great respect. It made a big difference and truly elevated our entire visit.

The food, as always, was amazing. We ordered the Solemate Platter, the Crunchy Athena, the Tuna Tartare Roll, and Fried Zucchini. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

While the food was fantastic, I really want to highlight that the excellent service played a huge role in making our evening special. A heartfelt thank you once again to the kind and wonderful waiter who made our dining experience...

I liked everything as always, i will continue to come to the Ocean Basket but i have few complaints to mention;

1. you changed one of the dip sauce which you were serving next to the bread.it was bitter and had green colour.it was perfecly matching with other two sauces.i was coming to your restaurant not only for your nice foods also for these dip sauces.

2)you changed the fish type which you are serving at platter 1-2 . It s not tasty.by the way before you were giving us an option to chance the fish with calamari heads, as you are continue to give us the option to order only rice or potatoes.Now you dont give us this option.

3. you are serving the platter for 1 or 2 more dry than before(except mussels).Before you were pouring the yellow sauce top of the food or you were pouring this sauce side of the plate. So we could use it...

During my recent visit, there was quite a bit of noise from the construction work happening around the mall, which initially made the experience less enjoyable. However, the exceptional service provided by Navid completely turned things around. He was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Despite the challenges with the noise, Navid’s warm demeanor and efficient assistance made the visit memorable. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff, and he truly stands out for his excellent customer service.
