Ok... So we went there for brunch today after shopping around in the mall. We had coffees and a couple of egg dishes. Namely the avocado egg toast and the eggs Benedict. The service was as expected (not that many customers to serve at the time) and the food was not bad either. At some point, my wife picked the baby up because it was crying and she asked me to give her the coffee. However because she was holding the baby she picked up the coffee with the other hand (not the one she was holding it with earlier). As a result, the other side of the mug's rim was facing her. And there was a HUGE BRIGHT RED LIPSTICK STAIN!!!! When we inform a waitress there the reply was "What do you want me to do? Do you want another coffee?" 🤦♂️🤦♂️ Not even an apology nor a hint that she would actually tell someone else (in the kitchen for example so that they would wash the cups and plates before using them again). This is a bad thing on its own but now with the second wave of the COVID19 pandemic at its pick not only is it unacceptable, its also cause for closure by the authorities!!! The menu arrived only after we requested it (should arrive automatically) We were ready to order and we waited 10 minutes for the waiters outside (2 guys and a girl) were busy talking to each other instead of observing the room. Our order was taken at 18:45, and after the waiter told us it would all arrive in 15 minutes, we received a plate after 40 minutes. Unacceptable. Even more serious was the fact that my girlfriend received her food after five minutes from mine. The dishes must arrive together otherwise the food for the woman must arrive first. No one apologized. They are the basics. In the restaurant it is important not to make wait no more than 25 minutes, if there is more waiting, you must notify customers. The result: I ate a shameful pizza, with a sour tomato sauce, some salad tomatoes on the top and after 4 hours I’m still digesting it : this means that the dough was also wrong. Read moreIf there was an option to leave 0 or minus stars I would. We ordered our food and when the waiter brought a us the food they spilled the food on the table and on the floor. Considering these could happen to anyone as a clumsy moment we ignored as we expected the waiter to apologise and bring a fresh plate of food. Instead the waiter asked if we want an another or if we are ok with this one( the food was already on the floor and on the table!!) of course we asked for new one unless we were expected to eat it from the floor and the table! The waiter cleaned very slowly the mess and then brought us again the same food in the same plate with less fries and veggies! Basically everything that was spilled on the table were placed back in the plate and presented to us! Unacceptable and filthy what they did!!
