NEVER AGAIN TO WAGAMAMA. I found bones in my food AND the fish on the sushi was VERY LITTLE

During my meal, I found not one, but four large fish bones in the sushi I was served(see photos attached). This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to your customers. Such bones can cause choking, throat injury, or worse if swallowed. This is not a minor oversight, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the food you serve is safe for consumption.

Furthermore, the quality of the sushi was very disappointing. The amount of salmon in several of the rolls was extremely limited, as clearly shown in the photos attached. The slices were so paper-thin they were nearly transparent, resulting in rolls made mostly of rice and cucumber. I came to enjoy proper salmon sushi, not just rice with cucumber and a minimal trace of fish.

I wrote an email to wagamama to express my displeasure and disappointment but they ignored me and nobody responded. This shows how much they care about their customers.

It was our first time visiting and i have to say I LOVED IT! Everything was just perfect , but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A huge thank you to Cristian, the manager, who made our visit unforgettable. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care for both guests and staff created a fantastic atmosphere. He checked in on our table, ensured everything was perfect, and made us feel truly valued.

Of course, the food was delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The combination of amazing service and top-quality dishes makes this a must-visit spot....
