We visited San Pedro for a burger night and ordered the Truffle Burger and a Jack Daniels Burger both double, along with fries and two side sauces. Both burgers were cooked well-done, which unfortunately made them quite dry. The truffle burger also had small fries inside, making it even drier. The portion of fries was very large easily enough for two people, but we weren't informed, which would’ve been helpful. The fries themselves were cut very thick, and while generous, they lacked crispiness. We were disappointed to find cartilage pieces in the burger patties, which really took away from the experience. For nearly €29, there are better burger options that offer better value and quality.
Thank you for your reply. While you mention that you're open to criticism, unfortunately, your tone and response suggest otherwise. Telling a customer to "use their mouth instead of a keyboard" does not reflect openness to feedback, it comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. Regarding the burgers, a customer should not have to return food and request a different cooking level. In well-trained establishments, the staff typically asks for the customer's cooking preference when taking the order. If all four patties were cooked to the same dry level, that indicates a lack of consistency in training and preparation, not a one-time oversight. As for the fries, I pointed out that the portion is quite large, clearly intended for two people. The issue isn’t just the portion size but the lack of communication from the staff. Had I been informed, I wouldn't have ordered a second portion, which not only affects the cost I paid but also contributes to unnecessary food waste. Constructive criticism is an opportunity for improvement. Dismissing valid points from a paying customer doesn’t help your business grow, it drives...
Read moreNot dog friendly, I went to order and they told me to leave straight away I didn't even get to order... I couldn't even stand in line... They didn't ask if he was a service animal or gave me an alternative on how to order some food. The cashier just kept pointing his finger to the door outside shouting in his broken Greek The appropriate way to handle it is to say we apologize but we do not accept dogs in this establishment. Pointing fingers and saying you need to leave isn't the right way. Their restrooms don't even have ventilation but they're worried about dogs being in the premises for 2 minutes just in line not even sitting at the tables Can't return to this establishment even though I've been there once before with my dog, ordered my food and waited outside... The tall cashier with the tattoos and the hat was extremely rude and because of him it made me not want to go there ever again. He was extremely unprofessional and he made a customer extremely uncomfortable. Made me angry, frustrated and sad, I came all the way from AyiaNapa for their...

My 3 Stars are for the taste and the quality of the food. I had high expectations for this place, friends told my that they have the best burger in Cyprus.
But... Far from that, I was so disappointed. The meat was dry and over cooked. For a a burger place, it is a shame not to ask you how you prefer your burger. A good quality of beef mince it is better to not to be cooked like this. So it was basically meat a small amount of caramelized onions, cheese, bacon and only a thin slice of tomato. The Jack Daniels sauce, was far from the real Jack Daniels sauce, way to sweet! And my friend said the same thing, that burger was dry with out any taste.
If you know your burger... Think twice before you go. But that's my opinion:)
Edit after reapply: My humble opinion is that you need to ask the customer how they prefer their burger to be cooked. And unfortunately it was tasteless. I am sorry but again that’s my opinion:) Thank you for your answer to my comment! Have...
