TGI Fridays Metropolis Mall — Restaurant in Larnaca

So disappointed at the way the food is being done nowadays. I remember years ago over 10 when they did Jack Daniel's sauce the cooking of the ribs and chicken was so much better. The shrimps are definitely not fresh big shrimp like before.

My food came significantly smaller, bad plate decor too.

The brownies came cold accidentally which I confirmed.

Unfortunately I won't be going to TGi Friday's again.

This is the second time this year I eat there even in Finikoudes it was really off par.

What a shame. I used to love every JD and your food was way, way better.

Your staff and service is great though. But sorry it's a hard pass. I think I'll stick to other fast food like Pizza Hut that at least always stays the same.

Arrived just after 12 noon and we were told sit anywhere, we said outside but was told it's too windy and we were not suitably dressed (we were in shorts and t-shirt). We sat indoors and watched people with less clothes on than me go outside 🤷‍♀️

We ordered, the waitress very nice but once we got our food no one cared less about us. We were sat eating and a woman on the next table changed her babies nappy in the middle of the restaurant and proceeded to put the dirty one on her table. No one asked her to stop or show her to the baby change that they have. To say this put me off my lunch is an understatement. It's the second time I have been and I wasn't impressed the first time às food arrived cold. Thought I would give it a other go but there won't...

This supposed to be premium restaurant but it's a joke the management need to get a grip from all staff l saw just 4 persons actually care food sitting on the window 15 +min end 3 waitress just standing next to the food end talking staff flirting between them end don't care about the guests end when the tall guy decides to move end bring the food just throw the plates on the table end walk away normally that time l should stand up end walk away later order 4 desserts arrive 3 wait number 4 I ask spoon for kids ice cream later from waitress coz the forget to bring end his response l don't have spoon in my station seriously man if l was the owner l fire all of you coz you don't have a clue how...
