CAVADA Chocolate Lounge and Restaurant — Restaurant in Lefkoşa Türk Belediyesi

Trust me. You don’t wanna eat here. Especially their burgers. Stay away at all costs. My coworkers and I were really hungry after a stroll on Dereboyu on a weekday night and this restaurant seemed to be a decent place to eat. So we went in and all ordered burgers (mainly because they don’t have anything else with red meat in it) and we regretted it right away. The burgers came and immediately we could smell the meat. We all smelled the same weird bad odor. We called the manager to our table to let hik know of the problem. He listened and and then asked us “What do you want me to do?” in a very “I can’t care less” attitude. We said “Take the burgers away please because we can’t eat these” So he took them away and left. After a few minutes he came to the table and told us his boss and the restaurant owner checked the meat and there are no problems and so we need to pay for the food even though we couldn’t dare to touch it. They don’t care about customer satisfaction or feedback OR making things right. So we just paid it off and left to go eat at Lungo instead. We would never go to Cavada again nor suggest that anybody else (who want good food for the amount of money they are paying)...

I do not have anything good to write about this place. Once I and my friends went to celebrate a friend’s birthday, they did not have cake so we brought a cake and told them we will order once the birthday girl arrives. Anyway, they took the cake and told us we still need to order, our friend was, give or take 10 minutes away, my other friends 3 years old son was with us too. We told them again that we will order after my friend arrives, they thought we were lying, for some reasons best known to them, and played music that was as loud as a club. And it was so disturbing for us there were not many people sitting inside because they were smoking outside. We asked them to slow down the volume but our request was declined. Anyway we left the place since it was messed up. I went to collect the cake and the manager asked me why I wanted to leave? As if the loud music was so normal. I told him the whole thing and he apologized. We left anyway! Other time I went again and I and my friend ordered the same dish and guess what, our plates were very different, he had beet roots which I did not have on my plate, it did not have the rice as well.

All in all very poor quality and...

There was a nice gurl waiter. Her Turkish has surprised me too much! A lot of students are coming to this place. Unfortunately they do not have any alcohol. But the shisha there is very nice. We had grapes with mint and were totally satisfied with it. The price for all our order was good and table , which we have chosen was in a corner. So no one has disturbed us. Also waiters were not standing and staring on us. However, they saw our ask for a bill and reacted 1uite fast. Nice place. The toilet is good cleaned. Kitchen seemed to be cleaned as well. I liked the tiles in toilet. However, the hall looked little bit messy, I did not understand why the fire posters were used everywhere that's why...
