Tonic Nicosia — Restaurant in Lefkoşa Türk Belediyesi

The first experience was terrible, I was waiting for about half an hor until someone comes and takes the order, the staff were passing in front of me and were not paying any attention at all. And when I called one of them (tall girl, black hair), I told her with a smile and politely that „sorry I’m ready to order please!“ she just looked at me with a grumpy face, and said „Ok!“ and left without taking any order. She didn’t retun after 10 mins after that. (Although the place was not crowded at all!) So I felt being disrespected enough and left the place. Then I noticed so many people have complained about the same issues there in the reviews. To be honest I do not have any interest to return there. I think the manager should do something otherwise they’ll keep loosing...

My first (and most likely the last) experience with this place was terrible. The staff were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional while taking my order. I had a movie and decided to sit there and grab a drink while waiting until the film began. I ordered a Long Island drink, and the two staff (a dude with a ponytail and a girl) were eyeing me with suspicion and rudeness. One of them (the girl) was looking at me and saying, ‘The drink costs 165 TL.’ I was like, ok, so what? Are the workers there discriminating against bearded men? If so, hang a sign and say it instead of this unprofessional behavior!

The foods are tasty but the servise isn’t the best ,we go there nearly every week and this week we specifically told them to not put any cheese in the taco and when it came it had extra cheese on it ,not to mention I was in gymnastics training and had a break of 1:30 hours and went there before my next lesson that is also active (dance) I couldn’t really eat and spent most of my times separating the cheese .also my friend wanted extra cheese and in her taco there were 2 little triangle blocks of cheese in it the staff is very sweet but sometimes they take the orders wrong but I recommend...
