Pizza Hut - My Mall — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

Waited over half an hour with noone greeting us. Plenty of staff walking by and making eye contact but chose to ignore us when we tried to say anything. Then we were finally seated at a table with dirty plates on. We tidied them up ourselves and got our own menus. Asked for a high chair, never got one. Waitress was sarcastic the whole time. We asked about the 'birthday deal' they offer on the website, the waitress sarcastically said "it was my birthday a few days ago and noone said happy birthday to me"..okay? Later on after food finally arrived the manager decided to have an argument with two waitresses next to our table. At the end when paying the waitress asked if we wanted to pay a tip, we said no, she then gave us the dirtiest look. Service was very, very slow. People who came in 10mins after us had orders taken well before us. After the order was placed, we had to wait well over 30mins for drinks to arrive and they only came because I asked the person who brought the food for them. The screaming nacho burger was revoltingly soggy and stodgy. The wrap of the fajita was rock hard and the filling was bitter as it seemed to consist of just onion and bitter green peppers. We brought home some of the food which included both hot and cold elements and they mixed everything in such a way that I have had to separate hot from cold by hand. It was our first and last time here! There were three of us and they wouldn’t let us sit at a bigger table in the entrance (not because it was reserved), the hostess/waitress only allowed us to sit somewhere else. Then we ordered 6 pcs pizza thinking it would be big enough for two people, cause my sister ordered pasta for herself and the pizza they brought wasn’t even big enough for one person, let alone two. We politely mentioned that the pizza was too small and we only ordered it due to the absence of exact parameters of pizza on the menu, thinking as it said 6 pcs, it’d be enough for two people.
