We will never recommend Papantoniou supermarkets. If you want quality products and honest, helpful service, avoid them! Go to Alphamega brand of supermarkets instead.

Very disappointed by their range of overpriced electronics and kitchen appliances compared to their low quality. Bought a smart weight scale at €54, which is meant to work through their mobile app, and had to return it because it didn't work properly, and their Tefal products' mobile app is not approved for downloads in Cyprus. They should check the validity of the products they bring that they are functional and suitable for the Cypriot market.

They refused to give us a refund and the staff were very unhelpful despite having shown them the receipt, and instead we had to exchange it for a voucher to buy anything else from their supermarket, which I was very disappointed and baffled with considering we are here on holidays and do not use or need their supermarket products often. It's an ok grocery store, but not nearly as good as its sister store Pafos city. The baked section, breads, all much smaller. Parking is easier however. Located in a suburb area, no tourists around, not very busy, but also not very pretty. If you need food, by all means, use it. Upstairs top floor has lots of household stuff e.g., light bulbs, downstairs all foods. Prices seem ok compared to Lidl (and similar to Greek supermarket chain Sklavenitas). Very good price + quality, but there are always queues at the checkout! I left twice without buying anything because I didn't have time to wait 20 minutes in line. And this issue is never resolved.
