katsikantaris Homes — Hotel in Paphos Municipality

Great place for a short stay. The Katsikantaris Homes apartments are in a building that was beautifully renovated. Wifi is fast. Water pressure is excellent and hot water is plentiful. Alphamega, the major grocery store, is a 4 minute drive from the Airbnb. There's a free parking lot on Andrea Loannnou just past Pavlou Mela which is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. We made some simple meals using the hotplate and cookware that were supplied. We appreciated there was olive oil, salt, and pepper for us to use. We enjoyed spending evenings on the balcony drinking wine and being able to use the Wifi on our laptops. Maria was always very fast to respond. We discovered on the evening of check-in that the wine bottle opener was broken. We had a new one delivered to us within 10 minutes. Fantastic place with team going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable! From the beginning of our trip the communication was excellent with all of the details made clear to us well in advance of our arrival. The apartments are located great in city centre if Paphos just next to the beautiful Kennedy Square where you can find plenty of excellent restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, well kept with free water, towels, snacks, shower utilities etc provided complimentary in your room. A massive thank you to the team for allowing me and my wife stay after our check-out time while waiting for our evening flight. Even though another guest was checking into our apartment, the team prepared another room free of charge for us to stay at as we were not feeling well. This is amazing and we are very grateful and appreciative this! Highly recommend...

אכזבה ומפח נפש מהדירה. המיקום מעולה. הזמנתי מקום לינה לזוג דרך בוקינג ל 2 לילות בחודש יוני 23. התקשורת היתה לקויה. הגעתי למקום בשעת לילה מאוחרת. עקב התקשורת הלקויה נאלצתי לנחש כיצד מקבלים את המפתח וכיצד נכנסים לדירה. הבעלים לא ענה לטלפון. אחרי ניסוי ותהייה ממושכים ועם מעט תושיה הצלחתי לגלות היכן המפתח ולהכנס לדירה. אכזבה ענקית. איך שפתחתי את הדלת חטפתי גל נוראי של ריח של תחב בלתי נסבל. מניח שהמצב הזה יחודי לדירה הזו דירה מספר 4. הדירה הזו נמצאת מתחת לפני הקרקע בחלק משמעותי ממנה ועל כן סופגת כפי הנראה חלחול של מי גשמים ואולי מסיבות נוספות התחב הוא נוראי. סכנת בריאות ממשית. ניסיתי להפיג את הריח באמצעות הפעלת מזגן ופתית הדלת במשך היום. כלום לא עזר. נורא. והצרה שאין עם מי לדבר. ראינו את בעלת הדירה רק ביום האחרון לפני העזיבה. לזכותה יאמר שסייעה לנו לשמור את החפצים מספר שעות אחרי העזיבה במחסן הניקיון. פרט לכך בין המגבות שקיבלנו היו 2 מגבות מזוהמות באופן בולט. כמו כן הזמנו ארוחת בוקר ולאכזתנו מקבלים קפה ומאפה בלבד מבית קפה הממקום מעל לדירה מספר 4. מניח שבדירות האחרות המצב שונה מפני שהן מעל לקרקע. הדירה מאוזרת באיבזור סביר ואלמלא הקושי לנשום בדירה יכולנו להנות מהמקום כי כפי שציינתי המיקום בעולה והתאים מאוד לציפיות שלנו. אם אתם מתכוונים להזמין מקום לינה במקום ויש לכם דרך לבדוק איזו דירה תקבלו פרט לדירה מספר 4 - ממליץ מאוד. לדירה מספר 4 אסור להכניס בני אדם ובעיקר למי שסובל...
