Agree with recent reviewer. Absolutely zero customer service. Sandwich lady treated my wife and kids with absolute disdain. Rude and inconsiderate. Decided to give them a second chance, but ended up listening to the coffee berry staff mock the poor Russian lady who was ordering a coffee in front of me. That was the finally straw. Nothing you say or do will help fix the issues this store has. They are beyond help. Head office won’t answer your calls or emails and it’s seem like the supervisors will agree with your complaints but not do anything about it, probably protecting their own. Anyway, i won’t be making the same...

Employees are worst. Today (03/07/2024) I went to buy a sandwich with chicken and mayonnaise, I saw they have mayonnaise also she sold 1 in front of me. But she denied that she doesn’t have mayonnaise and said so rudely like she was disturbed at me. This lady without glass behaved like a racist as I am from Asia. Most of the employees don't know the manners how to behave. I usually buy sandwich everyday but never saw smile at some employees face. Moreover, When I was leaving they were laughing at me. How unmannered employees Zobras appoint, I cant believe.

More than a bakery. A great find. There’s a huge variety of cakes, savoury pastries, ice creams, pies, drinks - as well as coffee, tea, and a custom salad bar and custom sandwich bar. Staff are wonderfully pleasant every time. Prices are quite nice, especially for the salads. Nowhere to eat on-site however. Apparently they are open 24 hours but not the coffee machines. Will test...
