From the first greeting, it feels like you’ve stepped into a neighborhood trattoria where you’re more guest than customer.

The kitchen shines with fresh, flavor-packed dishes. A standout starter — hummus baked with onions — is an unexpected triumph, rich and aromatic, unlike anything one might expect in an Italian setting. Both the pizza and lasagna are exemplary: the pizza, cut with scissors, delivers flavor all the way to its perfectly baked crust, while the lasagna is hearty and soulful.

Dessert is no afterthought — the cheesecake with a premium chocolate topping strikes a perfect balance of richness and finesse, closing the meal on a high note. Drinks arrive ice-cold, with an ice bucket thoughtfully provided on a hot summer day. While soft drinks are served in cans rather than glass bottles, the water in an elegant glass bottle offsets this detail.

I think I'll add this restaurant to our list of those we don't want to go to and will never return to. The tables were cramped, the menu didn't have what we wanted, so we had to order other items. There were no decent drinks, and we were forced to order sour and bitter pomegranate juice, which was impossible to wash down with medicine. I asked for a glass of water to dilute it, but they offered tap water or suggested buying a large bottle (a Jumbo bottle, which they fill with unknown water). First, they brought us food we didn't order. We waited a very long time for our food (30 minutes). In the end, they brought us burnt pizza, microwaved spaghetti Bolognese (most likely yesterday's), and two mugs of warm water with three mint leaves for €3.50 each, resulting in a disgusting dinner. They also don't have Wi-Fi. The restaurant is expensive, but in no way lives up to the 5 stars that...

I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was too disappointing not to share. If you're considering this place for pizza or appetizers – think twice.

First off, the appetizers were ridiculously small. I ordered a meat pizza expecting something substantial, but it came with just four thin slices of pepperoni—barely even noticeable. The dough was paper-thin and completely flavorless, as if they forgot seasoning altogether. The lack of toppings made the entire dish feel like a cheap frozen pizza, but at restaurant prices.

Drinks? Served in the smallest glasses I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. It genuinely felt like they were trying to stretch every penny from the customer while offering the bare minimum in return.
