Bageterie Boulevard — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

I was used to go to other branches and the food was very good. I went two times here and I decided I will not experience this anymore. I am not sure if they changed the general quality of food or it is a problem of this specific place. Both times the teste of the food was totally under my expectations. The patatas, were just orrible. They tested like old and warmed several times. They even had aroma of burned meat. The meet was hard and there were only two very small peaces (a quantity that does not justify the price). I ordered a basket of patatas thinking that the quantity would be bigger that the normal portion. The quantity was the same, maybe even less, with the difference that they gave me two kind of sauce (that I even didn't want), Also in this case 40 CZK more are not justified. And last but not less important it is incredible how in the age of AI waiters are still wearing shirts with written CAPUCCINO instead than CAPPUCCINO. Dříve jsem s touhle pobočkou neměla problém, ale teď se se mi hodně často stává, že doba čekání přesáhne 5 minut i při prázdné restauraci. Dnes např. před námi jedna objednávka (vydána do 30 sekund po vyjetí naší účtenky) , čekali jsme před pultem a viděli jsme, že naše bagety jsou nachystané asi po minutě a brambory ve vaně také měli. I tak nám obsluha nebyla schopná do té doby, než se na KDS objevila informace "objednávka zpožděna" zabalit a vydat objednávku. Což u nich znamená 5 nebo 4,5 minuty, teď nevím přesně. Slečna měla spoustu práce s jinými činnostmi (pokládání rozložených krabic na zem atd.), než aby se věnovala zákazníkům. A dělala to s náležitě znechuceným obličejem, který nezměnila ani když nám objednávku vydávala. To, že při balení druhé bagety si ještě doběhla ke kase místo toho aby nám to konečně vydala (což způsobilo místo 20 sekund minutu a půl) a brambory už v pytlíku stydly radši nekomentuju. Druhá slečna radši kolegyni dělala kafe a pak se tam jen kolem motala než aby s tou náramně těžkou objednávkou dvě bagety a dvoje brambory pomohla. Asi si příště hodně rozmyslím návštěvu a radši budu hledat alternativu. Objednávka byla provedena na kiosku, takže žádný předchozí konflikt třeba při objednání neproběhl a tím pádem absolutně nechápu tuhle averzi k zákazníkovi. Čas objednávky...

I have only had a good experience with this bageterie. Quick order thru displays, want only up to 5 minutes. That's a fine time to wait for a fresh baguette.
