Meals: the Dishes are amazingly tasty and the portions are very generous, thank you! Great respect to the bakers and their Artisan(sourdough?) bread!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxed and welcoming. Thank you cleaners - toilets are just wonderfully clean and seriously, tampons, Listerine, deodarant and towels!!! Very impressive. The kids room is a GREAT investment and help to parents. Very good attention to detail.

Restaurant workers are polite, competent and proactive! They are always on the move and take care of the tables in such way that we valued their performance as very good customer service. Honestly, I can compare the waiters with the waiters from 5* Turkish hotels. The manager has trained the staff very very well. Great effort!

Price: Simply fairly priced. Honestly for the experience and taste and hard work coming from this restaurant the money paid is more than worth it

We have walked in at 10AM, bar full of waiters, yet no one thought of coming over taking our order. After couple of minutes we have walked over to ask whether we can order and been told that we are sitting in a buffet area, not the restaurant and need to move over to be able to order. We done exactly that, sat down and waited for a waiter, no one came until we waved at the waiter. He came over and first question, have you got a reservation. When we responded no, he pulled a funny face and arrogantly said ok. It is important to say that half tables were empty at this point. He then came over with menus, threw them on the table and told us that he needs this table free for a reservation in 1 hour, then even though we told him that we know what we want he turned around and pretended that we are invisible. It was obvious that he was a head waiter as he was wearing different clothes and was the most arrogant. After this experience we decided to walk out as I could not take anymore of this service. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to go to this place to avoid it as the service was shocking. In case the owner would like to deal with this individual, the visit happened on 05/10/2025...

Having spend countless summers in the Czech republic, Arrigo came as a big surprise. I’m not going to say Czech traditional cuisine is bad, but it’s not as inspiring or refined as some other national kitchens. Or so I thought. On my prior visits I have obviously enjoyed the schnitzels and fish dishes the country has to offer, but when this restaurant suddenly popped up, I just had to drop by. I can only say, after having a first dish, I immediately made a reservation to come back two days later. Although pricey by Czech standards, it is more than worth it. Going all out we spent €42 per person. Arrigo serves up dishes with local ingredients, excellently prepared. It is a bakery/ice cream parlour/tavern and high end restaurant in one, but doesn’t feel like it’s overstretching.
