Restaurace Ve Dvoře — Restaurant in okres Děčín

We were looking for Czech food and this is where we landed. Seems to be very good although for us as foreigners the flavours are very different.

Everything was until arbitrarily the waitress decided not to bring us the change or receipt back. Yes, it was little money, but we understand her keeping the change as a tip without asking is rude. We waited for a long time but she didn’t react. When we asked for the change, she got angry. That was the moment she lost the tip, not mandatory in this country.

The food was really delicious! The staff (all of them) on the other hand, very unfriendly. I think that it was because we were tourists, as they were very friendly to the Tsjech customers. When we left, we forgot something. The shouted at us and threw it at a table. I asked friendly if we did something wrong and they pretended like they didn’t understand English. Food ok, really good pork ribs but they are is literally only the ribs and mustard, no veggies or side dishes AT ALL. Boring store-bought bread. Good enough wine. The drinks menu doesn't have translations to English and neither does the staff speak anything but Czech. !They don't take credit cards! Arms literally stick a bit to the wooden tables - not much but frustrating as hell. This place can do better, but I don't have any complaints to the quality of food: the ribs...
