Krušovická Šalanda — Restaurant in okres Mladá Boleslav

Absolutely terrible experience at Krušovická Šalanda. The service was hands down the worst I’ve ever encountered. The male staff were shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful — speaking aggressively to customers and clearly having no interest in offering even basic courtesy.

It felt like we were bothering them just by being there. They seemed annoyed from the moment we walked in, and the way they talked to guests bordered on hostile. It was uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing.

The food? Disgusting. Bland, greasy, and clearly thrown together without care. I couldn’t finish my meal, and I wasn’t the only one at the table who felt that way. Food is okay, but not spectacular, and far from that, in fact. However, the waiter with a kidney bag just ripped me off. I asked for a takeaway lemonade. I got it in a cup that was less than the drink was supposed to be originally (400ml into 250 or so). I asked to pour it into two cups therefore, but instead he charged me for two lemonades. Meanwhile, when I asked to cancell it (it was still before preparation), he pretended that there's some problem... Where on earth can't you jsut cancel a simple bill? On top of that, I was charged for the paper cups... without being informed about it. Would NEVER go there again. The female waitresses were nice. But this guy was weird from...

Při příchodu a usednuti ke stolu okolo nás cca 5x prošla servírka, bez povšimnutí. Mezitím tedy stihla ještě okřiknout stůl vedle nás ať si zeslabí hudbu. Nicméně to že ji ztlumily jen na chvilku a pak pokračovali a my tak celý oběd poslouchali nějaký jejich videa hudbu atd už bylo jedno. Po cca 10ti minutách přišla s tím co si dáme k pití. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme neměli ani jídelní lístek s nápojovým tak jsme absolutně netušili co se zde dá objednat. Po mé poznámce že absolutně nevíme protože se nemáme ani kam podívat přede mě celkem naštvaně dala stojánek s denní nabídkou (1x polévka a asi 3-4x jídlo) ovšem bez pití, na mou odpověď že toto jsme viděli ale pití tam žádné nenašli nám teda konečně podala kompletní menu. Byla dosti arogantní a nepříjemná. Situaci se snažili zachránit dva číšníci kteří byli naprosto skvělý. Kámen urazu přišel ve chvíli kdy jsme si jako předkrm dali roastbeef. Byl skvěle upečený, ale úplně bez chuti (sůl, pepř ani nic takového) což byla veliká škoda. Ovšem teplý toast byl překvapením. K jídlu si přítel dal lososa, který ale bohužel umřel podruhé. Byl přetažený. Já si dala těstoviny s panenkou rajčátky a bazalkovým pestem. I když by to sneslo trochu soli tak byli skvělé. Chtěli jsme si dát ještě dezert ale po fiaslu s předkrmem a zcela přetaženou rybou už jsme to neriskovali. Každopádně víme, že pro příště zvolíme jinou restauraci.

Nebýt těch dvou skvělých číšníků, odešli by jsme rovnou. A jen díky nim dávám...
