Slezska P.U.O.R. — Restaurant in okres Ostrava-město

Probably 1 of the best Schnitzel you will ever eat if you visit Slezska . Without doubt the flavour and size of portion would was excellent. Also try the Roasted Rabbit in Dark Sauce , I have eaten rabbit all my life but never tasted rabbit as good as this and the sauce and really good crusty bread goes perfect together . I got an extra portion of fries just so I could get all the sauce as it was so good. The chicken with corn flake batter was excellent with alot of flavour . The Czech classic sirloin steak on sauce with cranberry and cream is excellent , the sauce is a traditional sauce made from turnip , carrots and other vegetables. The mag burger is also with a try and portion size is massive packed with flavour. Also there's a inside bowling ally behind the bar , so after an excellent meal and a few beers this is a really good bit to have a laugh with family and friends. Have to say I will definitely be back as the food was excellent and as was the service. 10 out of 10 and we'll done everyone who Works at Slezska...

Absolutely distraught ruined my friends birthday, 12 of us went the food took almost 4 hours and arrived at different times (one didn't arrive at all) the waiters where talking and making rude comments behind our backs thinking we didn't understand, I asked where our food after 2.5 hours and in response got told very aggressively I was like his son complaining for a ice cream! From that point we continuously got abuse, and the waiter actually making sarcastic jokes to us about how bad our food was then also saying he worked in the kitchen its a circus?!, It ended with the birthday girl in tears my father left after two hours because he felt bad from not eating, and the food that did come was horrible..chewy hard tasteless overcooked chicken!? worst thing we couldn't do anything about it because apparently they don't have a manager to speak with. Im so confused as to how a restaurant could treat customers so badly three of us cried after being shouted at...

What a horrific service they have😬. They don't speak English, I understand this, but the problem is when I ordered Pork knuckle, they had never told us about the size that was in the house, after finishing the meal, when I saw the check it was extra charged without any notice in advance. The lady who served us looked us weird when I asked, and she never ever apologized about the situation that she made with her mad emotion on her face, and this really felt emotional to us. I would never recommend this restaurant to any other foreigner, because they would never speak English if they have disadvantages or if they are trying to charge you another Coke😡! They would just come and speak in Czech and bring another drink, but when they are doing the payment, they will speak in English. Lol😆
