I’m deeply disappointed with the service at Starbucks lately—not because of the coffee, but because of the increasingly unprofessional attitude of the staff. The level of moodiness and indifference shown by some baristas is completely unacceptable for a global brand that prides itself on customer experience.
This issue was particularly evident at the Starbucks located inside Galerie Teplice, Czech Republic. The staff here seem more interested in rushing customers out than providing even the most basic courtesy. It’s disheartening to be greeted with cold stares, passive-aggressive tone, and an overall unwillingness to engage—especially when all you’re doing is placing a simple order.
Customers are not doing Starbucks a favor by walking in; they are paying for a service and deserve to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this location has turned that basic expectation into a coin toss—you never know if you’ll be treated decently or made to feel like a burden.
If Starbucks wants to maintain its reputation, it needs to urgently address the customer service standards at Galerie Teplice. A cup of coffee shouldn’t come with a side of bad attitude.

Read moreToday I received the worst service I've ever received at Starbucks. It was in Teplice. A young lady decided to educate me, but at my age this is ineffective and very impolite from a stranger. She seemed to be initially unhappy that she had to take my order, at least it was readable in the look and tone of communication. After placing the order and being told the amount, I pulled out my credit card to pay for the order. The girl unhappily mumbled: "You have to say in advance that you want to pay by card". I'm sorry, what?! She gave me coffee with a face like I came to her to ask for alms, not matcha latte. I honestly did not understand what caused such an attitude. Was it because my Czech is heavily accented? Or because I asked her what kind of plant milk she had and she...
Read moreI personally submit a complaint against some employees, not all, at Starbucks Teplice. I am a person who is confined to an electric wheelchair. Their treatment of me was very bad. The issue may be related to the fact that I am an Arab or a disabled person. I am present at Starbucks every day because I love coffee, especially Starbucks. It is shameful that this happened to me. I hope that the owner of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, reads the comment. I have been to all countries and to Starbucks. I did not find any bad treatment from them. I found it in the Czech Republic, especially the Teplice...
