Čínská restaurace Nové století — Restaurant in Prague

2025 review, 5 stars: For the past few years, I am a regular consumer there, with take-outs for the whole family, and sometimes sit-in with kids or by myself.

It is a great, small, no bells and whistles restaurant. The food is always great, fresh, great tasting, nicely smelling, and there is plenty. They even have "more meat" option that makes it large for basically 2 hungry consumers at least.

Our usual is chicken kung-pao, beef, bamboo and mushrooms, eight treasures, sweet and sour chicken, and different variants of fried noodles.

The lady taking orders is always nice and smiling, the food preparation is very fast, the place is clean.

It is clearly 5 stars, consistent quality and service.

My 4 stars in 2017 were based on "hotel staring", but it is not how they work here, so I had to upgrade.

I see some haters here, and I just wonder: have you washed your hands first?

Do not try to enter this place if u do not want to be sick next day. Or at least u r not able to quickly change positions from head to butt on toilet. I am enjoying this experience right now and trust me u can spend day in much better way.

I had Chinese noodles with chicken. And it looked strange even before I put it into my mouth for the first time, but after all I was hungry and I eat it all, which was terrible mistake. Noodles were not fresh for sure, they rested something like a day...

Skvělé místo kde jsou na nas vzdy velmi vstricni a ochotni. Chodime jednou za cas a vzdy nam zde velmi chutna. Dnes jsme si dali:

Smazene tasticky s veprovym masem 99kc : naprosto skvela vec kvuli ktery se porad vracime a nemuzeme si je vynachvalit.

2x kureci stehnu na medu s ryzi 318+80 ryze: vyborne dochuceny, mozna na me trosku moc sladky a ja osobne mam radsi salatek na strane, protoze nejsem fanda teple zeleniny (ohreje ho omacka z pokrmu) ale jidlo skvely, chutny, maso stavnaty

Kofola (tocena!!) 40kcmala 50kc velka - neni co resit...

Celkove vyborny jidlo ale nevadilo by mi trosku vic dbat na uklid. Po usednuti ke stolu jsem si hned od cehosi co mel nekdo pred nami umazalq rukav a vsimli jsme si i male spiny na nadobi. Jinak nemame vycitky a urcite zase...
