Awful place - the worst service ever. The food is bad - they warm precooked meals and sometimes serve it barely warm. The service is just something! The waitress is simply not mentally stable - sitting outside, nervously smoking and mumbling something. She is highly irritated by any request including order food, warm the cold served meal and etc. I had to have lunches there with kids couple of times during the hockey camp and I witnessed her outrage couple of times - once she literally threw the meal on the table after the german speaking client complained about quality of service. I believe such kind of persons should be banned on working in hospitality industry. I also want to believe that this was not an example of Czech intolerance to foreign clientes but rather isolated...

We spent a week at the rink and on some of the days in the restaurant we get a terrible service from a waitress who is extremely rude. If you ask her a question at the wrong time she just barks at you in Czech that she only has two hands and two legs. She threw a plate of food on the table for another customer from Germany which shocked them and us as we sat nearest. Do not eat here when it is her shift. Your experience will...

Nach einem langen Tag in Prag gingen wir von unserer Unterkunft zu diesem Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist super, es bietet ein Blick in die Eishalle untendrunter und ist im kanadischen Country-Stil eingerichtet.

Da wir nur "Pivo" auf Tschechisch kannten, waren wir erst ein bisschen besorgt. Der wirklich sehr freundliche Gastwirt dort sprach etwas deutsch und etwas Englisch, die Kommunikation erfolgte also mit einem Deutsch-Englisch-Handzeichen-Hybrid.

Die Getränkekarte bietet eine durchschnittliche Auswahl, ist aber im Vergleich zum deutschen sehr billig. Das Bier schmeckte lecker und wurde gut gekühlt und schnell serviert.

Die Essenskarte ist ein absolutes Highlight, hier gibt es Essen wie in normalerweisen teuren Restaurant. Alles war hausgemacht und wurde fast vor unserer Nase vorbereitet. Die Pizza wird vor Ort mit einem Steinofen gebacken. In Deutschland würde man für solche Gerichte mindestens 12 Euro zahlen, hier nur ca. 6 Euro.

Wegen den vielen negativen Bewertungen hier hatten wir erst Bedenken, aber die wurden uns wirklich komplett genommen. So viel Qualität bekommt man in Deutschland unmöglich für so einen guten Preis. Super Restaurant, wenn man in der Nähe ist sollte...
