Burger King — Restaurant in Prague

Where to start? Rude personnel. I understand that they are learning but the attitude just because I was ordering from coupon (offer) is inexcusable. Then when I asked a order without a certain ingrident she answered? You want plain? When I asked what that is she told me that only meat and bread. She was lazy to subtract the ingredients because I assume pressing plain is easier. And we go on. When I finished my order I told her to go. Well the servis started putting my stuff on plate. So I told her no I wanted to go and she replied....people nowadays don't know what they want... When the other lady started putting things in bag she asked if the order contain any drinks and the answer was.. No he ordered a coupon offer probably he will have home drink.... To top all od that the whole time she was chewing a gum. And not in the polite way but for everyone to see that she has a gum. Why 2 stars? Cause I liked the food.. By far the most magical BK in Prague, something new happens here every time we go there. On my last visit, me and my friend got a null order from the self-service checkout kiosk, of what we found out couple minutes later after talking to the people at the checkout. They sincerely apologized and gave us both free drinks and a little later even free large fries (best ones we ever had in BK). Our original order was then prepared quickly and delivered to our table with a smile. Customer service I wouldn't expect in a five star restaurant. I came 11:30 pm. So it was late. I order burger menu and onion rings with some sauce. I got so disappointed. Onion rings was probably made for more than 2 hours ago. So they was not little bit crispy...just some flaffy and wet onion rings. So...I was hoping the chips/french fries should be better. But no. The same problem. They was probably made for minimum 1 hour ago. In the end...the burger. It was how I was expecting it to be. My conclusion...I love Burger King but Iwill not go to this burger king restaurant again. I used over 400 Kč in total and just got sad for the quality they where...
