Il Primo Piatto — Restaurant in Prague

A rather attractive, middle of the road place in terms of quality, service and prices. For the higher than average prices for the area and quality of food the prices are somewhat high. Not enough to make you turn away, but enough that you notice and question whether you will return. The foods not bad, it’s perfectly acceptable actually, but then it’s not something your going to go out of your way to recommend to a colleague. It’s sort of like the offering of a good cafeteria but put into a much classier setting. It tries to sell itself as an Italian restaurant but many ingredients taste commercially store bought, like the pasta and the bullion. The atmosphere is probably the best part of the place. It truly is attractive, with a classy comfortableness that is nice for a business meeting rover lunch or a date where you want to look good. První moje návstěva a musim říct ze dost dobré , jídlo středomořské rizoto se slávkami ( k tomu fingerbowl samozřejmostí ) a jako dezert kokosová pana cotta s malinami... Obsluha příjemná a aktivní tudíž tam člověk nečeká zbytečně na nic ... Ceny tak akorát střední ( toto menu s domácí limonádou vyšlo na 344 Kč ). Toalety jsem nezkoušel ale dle uklizenému a čistému placu musím říct ze bych neměl strach tam vstoupit :)...

Update 1.11.2019: Tak další návštěva k jídlu Occubuco se štouchaným bramborem - výborné a byl jsem přejedený , toalety čisté a vybavené. Obsluha opět příjemná. Určitě někdy navštívím. Co musím ale vytknout tak na vysokou cenu hodně slabá domácí limonáda takže příště asi tomu dám ještě šanci ale asi naposled když mě to zase zklame...

Update: 17.8.2021: Po delší době návštěva , chutné jídlo noky měkké a výborně dochuceno , milá a aktivní obsluha, čekací doba na jídlo večer ve všední den v pohodě. Domácí limonáda slabší / Mango , marakuja / . Ceny akorát na Prahu. Porce zasytí a jsou dostatečné. Pěkná zahrádka s čistými sedačkami. Toalety super čisté a vše doplněné a čisté.

UPDATE 25.8.2023 : Hovězí rumpsteak Uruguay, mačkané brambory s hrubozrnnou hořčicí, pepřová omáčka s kozím sýrem - Steak byl trošku tužší , mačkané brambory s hořčicí nic extra, kozí sýr v omácce nebyl vůbec poznat . Za mě průměrný zážitek...

Bilde mir ein, nach mehr als 30 Jahren in Prag eine Menge guter und schlechter Restaurants zu kennen. Dieses Haus habe ich durch reinen Zufall entdeckt, weil es unweit meiner Augenklinik liegt, abseits der Touristenpfade, unweit der großen Metro- und Bus-Umsteigestation Budejovicka im 4. Prager Bezirk. Das Il Primo Piatto ist eine Sensation!!! Vor allem kulinarisch. Ich erlebte etwas in Prag sehr seltenes: eine wahre Explosion der Geschmacksnerven. Hervorgerufen von einer traumhaften Tomatensuppe und vor allem einem gegrillten Stück vorab in Knoblauch und Rosmarin eingelegten Schweinekamms mit einem feinen Sößchen aus gekörntem Senf, mit jungen grünen Bohnen und Schinkenwürfelchen. Das Fleisch war umwerfend, das ganze Gericht wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt - ein wirkliches Gedicht. Dazu ein hübsches Ambiente und ein ausgesprochen aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Fünf Punkte sind leider sehr viel zu wenig ... . Für Prager Verhältnisse nicht ganz billig, aber allein das Essen ist jede Krone wert. Dieses Haus wird mich von jetzt ab öfter sehen. Nochmals: Sensationell!!! Schön, dass es auch in Prag noch Restaurants gibt, die einen überraschen und in dem man alles zur Zufriedenheit...
