We booked 3 rooms for our one night stay. There were ten people in total and we had breakfast in our plan.||||Pro:||||- The hotel is in a nice condition. Very clean rooms. Beds were in a good shape and linens felt fresh||- Lots of spaces. One of the room we booked had eight beds with endless number of rooms.||- Friendly service. Staffs here speak English pretty well and are really accomodating. ||- Great breakfast. Lots of selections and in good quality||||Cons||- Parking is hard and has to be done on the street||- At night time, street is a bit sketchy as there is barely anyone||- Can be loud at night time due to the pub downstair||- No elevator. Must carry your own luggage||||Overall, I would rate this hotel excellent as the room sizes were exceptionally large for the cost. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. ||||We got here by a car so I am not too sure how convinent it would be if you were to use a public transport. The reception had a nice informative English pamphlet explaining about the public transit to get to the...
Read moreWould be great, but... The location was quite noisy as it's located close to the 4-line street with a bus stop just under the window and medium to heavy traffic. Especially in the morning it could be irritating if you wish to stay a bit longer in bed. For morning birds not a big deal. The room was big enough for 3-4 people with a basic equipment (3 beds, 1 wardrobe, 1 table, small TV). The bathroom was almost the same size as the main room with much less equipment. There was definitely missing at least some table, box or anything similar to place clothes or so on. There's no lift so you got to get your luggage by your own manually. What's really great - local kitchen menu. Got the tartar and some speciality containing mix of oil-cured spiced cheese (check images). Both very tasty - recommended. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. The staff was nice and kind all the time. Summary: I would not see this place as the one for long term stay but sufficient for...
Read moreI was in Prague for an eye operation and the clinic was ten minutes walk from the Penzion U Cejpu. The Penzion is handy for the metro and easy to find with a little bit of research on Google maps beforehand. The room I was allocated was spotlessly clean and actually consisted of two rooms a main one and a smaller single room with access to the bathroom. The staff were really helpful and checked to see if I was ok when I came back with a patch over my eye. The restaurant below serves lovely czech food at a range of prices and has a great selection of beer. This bit of Praha 4 has a mall, restaurants and coffee shops nearby but is a new town area and not as historical as the city centre. I was really happy to stay here and happy to...
