Ristorante da Enrico — Restaurant in Prague

Looking at the reviews we have visited the place, but was highly disappointed. The food was hardly edible, we ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta: Both the pastas (penne and aglio olio) were PATHETIC!!! Both the pastas were raw! Super undercooked. The meat in the penne was raw too and the sauce was terrible! Aglio olio has ZERO TASTEE!!!!!! NO GARLIC, NO HERBS, NO parmesan, ZERO SEASONING! Felt like they just boiled the spaghetti for a while and served us. Pizza was edible hence one star. Coming to the staff, she was rude - banged the plates in front of us while serving the food which is highly disrespectful.

Hi Jana, As I couldn't reply to you, I'm adding here... As I already told you at the restaurant too that we only ate food because we were hungry, tired and sleepy because of our travel. I'm quite familiar with Italian cuisine so the pasta were nothing close to aldente.... Anyway I wish you good...

Thank you very much for these incredibly delicious pizzas! The service I was served with deserves 10 out of 5. I have never seen better customer service.... I live in Germany and unfortunately there is no service like this anywhere near.... Mr. Martin, who treated the matter with understanding, deserves a salary like an astronaut! Because this person is dedicated to his work as if the life and fate of the entire planet depended on it! But the coolest thing is how Mr. Martin got out of the situation to sell beer to take away (if anything - the restaurant does not have such an opportunity), but this did not stop our astronaut waiter at all! Thank you for everything... I will definitely come back to you again, and more...

I ordered pinsa Prosciutto Cotto and pasta Tagliatelle Al Ragu. Worst food experience I had so far this year. Tagliatelle, if you can call them that, were mushy, for some reason we're two types of different pasta in there, one whole boiled tomato and tasted like a store-bought pre-made spaghetti(probably was actually). Pinsa was half-moist on the bottom and also tasted plain nothing. I ordered on their website and came to get it personally as per the timer on their website, even got a call to get the order while I was on my way, so it must have been just sitting there for at least 15-20 minutes. Overall, just inedible, wish I didn't order. Oh btw, wait was 45...
