Miss Hanoi — Restaurant in Prague

Extremely long waiting time for bland mediocre food. For drinks, we waited about 15 minutes. For food, it took 50 minutes to bring us one meal and additional 15 minutes for another. They didn't even bother serving our table as a normal restaurant would and bringing the meals for both of us at the same time. And the place wasn't even half full, far from it actually. Thank god I did not visit this place with more people, we would still be waiting there to this day. There was actually a group of people (like 6 or 7) who arrived after us and after like 10 minutes of waiting to order, they just decided to leave as the staff just did not care. How is this place still is business is a mystery to me. As the food goes, it was very mid, tasteless. bland a disappointing. Overall, horrible experience, I do not recommend this place at all. There are much better...

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We were here a year and a half ago and we liked everything then. i was so excited to rush to visit this place during our Christmas vacation.... But... The service was terrible. A very disgruntled, angry girl gave us torn and shabby menus. She doesn't know what politeness is. The food... The food was even more disappointing. All the dishes were different from the pictures on the menu. All dishes were not delicious and very poorly cooked (almost raw broccoli and carrots, a huge amount of onions in the soup, not tasty cheese soup with some lumps). At the end that girl waitress took offense that we left her too little tip, even though she doesn't deserve it. Unfortunately, that was the last time we visited this place....

As much as I would like to review this restaurant highly, I got put off by the rude lady waiter. The pad thai I ordered had a strand of hair, and I informed the staff politely to avoid a commotion since there were some diners. The lady waiter did not even bat an eye or apologize or offered anything. Instead, she took the plate and left me hanging on my table. When I reached out the manager, he was disrespectful and approached me as if I was his staff.

While my situation probably doesn't happen often, I did not appreciate how the manager and staff handled this. A simple apology would have been enough, because such incidents happen at restaurants. Still, they were rude, which...
