Sehrazad Kebab — Restaurant in Prague

I'm incredibly thankful that I get to live just around the corner from this fantastic kebab restaurant. Not only are the guys that run the place great, salt-of-the-earth dudes that are incredibly welcoming and warm, the food they make is fantastic. I'm a big fat dude who loves kebab, and I've eaten kebab all over Prague over the past four years; although Can Bey Doner Kebab at Stepanska has the reputation of being the best kebab in Prague, I would humbly disagree and exclaim that Šehrazad is definitely the best kebab in town (no disrespect to Can Bey Doner Kebab; they make an excellent product too). The friends and family I've taken to Šehrazad have agreed whole-heartedly, and some people I've taken to Šehrazad now travel across town on their lunch breaks from work just to pick up one of Šehrazad's delicious creations.

Šehrazad also has great unfiltered beer on tap from the Únětické pivovar, and they also carry the filtered version in bottles. When I go there with friends to buy a couple bottles and drink, the dudes that run the place bring me a champagne bucket full of ice to keep my 2-liter beer bottle cold. It's funny and sweet that they do this for me, and I greatly appreciate it.

I really like this restaurant. Great guys, great food, great beer, great location (near me), and innumerable great meals over the past couple years. I cannot recommend this...

Jako kebabový nadšenec musím říct, že jsem poslední 2-3 roky rezignoval na kebab a ztratil víru, že si ještě někdy dám v Praze chutný a vyvážený kebab po tom, co moji oblíbenou pobočku na Lipanské převzala síť kebabáren, která dělá nejodpornější kebab v Praze. Vyzkoušel jsem plno dalších míst, ale nikde mi zkrátka nechutnalo. Někde se nedalo jíst maso, někde zase omáčky nestály za nic, nebo byly směšné porce. Až mi kolega ukázal Sehrazad kebab a od první návštěvy jsem byl skutečně nadšenej. Všechny suroviny jsou čerstvé a chuťově vyvážené, maso je dobře ochucené, omáčky tu chuť jemně dolaďují a když si k tomu dáte ještě sýr, tak to je ráj na zemi! To ale není vše, jednak si tu můžete sednout, mj. dát si třeba i vodní dýmku, ale hlavně tu točí pivní speciály, které ob den obměňují. Co je víc, než zapít luxusně chutnající kebab čepovanou Kamenicí nebo Uněticema! Je to zkrátka gastronomický ráj na zemi a na nic lepšího jsem zatím v Praze nenarazil, a to mám vyzkoušeno desítky kebabáren. Dávám si tu kebab pravidelně cca 2x týdně a musím říct, že s porcí nikdy nebyl problém. Posledně jsem měl co dělat, abych ho vůbec snědl, dnes jsem si půlku odnesl domu. Nevím, jak to dělají, ale pokaždé mi chutná víc a víc. Upřímně všem doporučuji! Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Interiér čistý, příjemný a útulný. Sedí se fakt pohodlě.
