We tried their seasonal fastelavnsbolle with mango and lime. This was the non-traditional one that was made choux looking pastry (vandbakkelser). I asked about the ingredients and it was made on rice. My husband and I agree there was literally something fishy about it... The taste was mildly unpleasant of fish... I don't understand it myself. There was essence of mango and lime, but this unidenifiable taste.

Anyway, I came into the bakery all excited to try their products for the first time and I was disappointed that the lady in the shop didn't match my enthusiasm. Later in the day I went to lagkagehuset and the girl in there was much friendlier.

A very good gluten-& lactosefree bakery with a great choice of bread, buns, cookies, … One of the best we know so far and we give our highest recommendations to all who are in need for a good tasty sortiment of glutenfree bakery goods. Also the sets for home backing are marvelous and easy to use and to enjoy. The best greetings to the team of „For Emma“. Walking around Aarhus, we came across this little gem. Little pots of samples available so you can have a taste before you buy. I tasted the soft white bread, and it had a really nice texture and crust. I bought some crispbreads and snacks, which were delicious. I would have bought some of the soft bread if we hadn't been in the middle of a vacation (I wasn't sure it would last long enough to still be good when we arrived back home). Definitely...
