Customer Service Experience – Disappointing

I'll write this in English so everyone can understand.

The concept of the shop is fine — it's yogurt with artificial flavoring, some fruits, and super sweet toppings. But unfortunately, the service ruined the experience.

The person who served us (I believe the owner) was rude and unwelcoming. Since it was our first time trying this place, I asked a simple question about the concept. His response? "You can just read it around, it’s all obvious.” What a way to welcome new customers...

When he realized I speak Danish, he seemed irritated — even after I explained that I was speaking English so my wife could understand (we’re visiting during a tourist season, after all).

Later, when he asked if I wanted the loyalty card (buy 7, get 1 free – under 50 DKK), I said in Danish, “Maybe not for me, but for my wife.” I made a clear gesture toward her, but he still responded abruptly and rudely, asking: “Do you want it or not?” I had to repeat “yes” just to move on.

Honestly, in any other situation I would have walked out, but I didn’t want to ruin what was supposed to be a nice first experience with my wife.

So no — I won’t be spending my money at this shop again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless this attitude changes. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to think twice before...

I visited this place in the summer when I was studying abroad in Aarhus, the quality of the yogurt is very high and the topping options they have are vast and plentiful. The only funny/weird thing about this place is that they operate on a weighing basis, eg they weigh the total of your frozen yogurt + toppings then they charge you like candy bags at cinemas would. This was perhaps only weird for me since I am used to just the traditional way of paying per topping etc. Overall, the Froyo was packed with bursting flavours and my tastebuds were enriched...

Yogo is definitely a very cute and a nice place to be! 😇
