If you are unsure which of the many many beers they have on offer they are happy to give you a wee taste before you commit to a whole one. Most bars don't offer this service and this elevates the fairbar way above other bars I have visited.

Love the concept! A chill place where people can come to meet up and hang out. I haven't tried any food or drink but the staff were friendly and the board games available, fun. So awesome to have a connecting space. They have plenty of seating areas and clean toilets. There is a little stage and piano.

One of the best places for craft beers in Aarhus. While Mig og Ølsnedkeren has a larger selection, it has terrible aucustics. And Mikkeller has some great beers, but it is not well suited for large groups. Fairbar has great selection of beers (though the other places often have slightly better beers), is well suited for large groups, has nice aucustics, and is quite cozy. Great beers (10 on tap), not the best acoustics and slow service from the bar, but then again the place is run by volunteers. The prices are really good, and you even get an extra tiny beer during the happy hours. There is also a pretty good selection of board games. It is not a very big place and i would not recommend it for...
