*Edited - 4 Stars We were contacted by the manager, and he apologized for the negative experience we had. We revisited again and the dinner was on the house. The service was good, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy - there were only 2 tables that were occupied.
Overall, it was a good experience, and we would visit again, but always with a second thought in mind due to the initial experience.

Reserved a table for my fiancé and I a week in advance. When we went there, there were tables available, but they told us that they have been booked and are waiting for the guests. Only a high square table with 4 more people on it was available, and they were more than enough. Not only that, but the seats they wanted us to be on were not even close to each other. Not really ideal sitting far away from your date, or in between other people, and on top of that having to be in a shouting competition. When I asked the staff how would that work, they told me to just go to the table and move the people around - I was granted instant manager authority. The waitress told us that we could wait there in case a table for 2 becomes available, which were supposed to have since we booked it, so that we could be seated there. Read morePico Pizza serves up some seriously tasty pizza that’s hard to resist. However, my recent experience left me feeling disappointed. The pizza arrived completely cold, which was a letdown. To add to the disappointment, my lemonade tasted off, as if the water used was stale.
While the quality of the food itself is top-notch, the staff could benefit from better training. When I voiced my concerns, they did offer a discount, which was appreciated. However, it would have been better if they had immediately offered to reheat the food, as any customer would expect.
I must mention that I have visited Pico Pizza before, and during that previous visit, the food was warm and deserving of a perfect 5/5 rating. It’s clear that they have the potential to deliver exceptional experiences consistently.

We wanted to sit outside, and outside it’s apparently only possible to order through an QR code where you need to create an account and pay instantly. We therefore asked if they cannot come outside so that we can order in personal. The waitress seemed very annoyed about that and asked why we just didn’t use the QR code, but eventually she came outside to take the order. We then waited 1 hour for our pizzas (it was 8 o clock and there were only 3 other tables taken). When the pizzas arrived, they were cold (they obviously forgot to bring them to us). When we asked to get them returned to get new ones, the waiter instantly went into defense mode saying not to kill the messenger. Eventually we got new pizzas and everything was fine.
All in all, the pizzas are one of the best in Copenhagen, the service one...
