Stopped by the newly revamped Burger Concept to try their brand new burgers and pricing. Spoiler alert: the prices are new. The burgers? Ancient disappointment in a modern disguise.

You know that beautiful, juicy burger in their framed store photo? The one with the perfect layers, golden bun, and photogenic charisma? Yeah, I met its distant cousin—twice removed—on my plate. My burger looked like it had been in a minor traffic accident, then lost a fight with gravity. If there was 20% resemblance to the picture, I’d be generous. It’s like the poster burger was on a magazine cover, and mine was the mugshot.

Staff energy? Let’s just say I’ve had warmer greetings from CAPTCHA tests. The food quality? Imagine a sad sandwich at 3 a.m. after a night out, but with a marketing degree.

We live right next to the Valby station and we always wanted to try their burger, since it’s always packed there. Last night my boy friend when there himself and got a burger, and it was quite alright he said but this morning he has been having serious diarrhea and feeling nauseous the whole time, he had nothing but that and few cup of drinks that I shared with him afterwards, I am just fine but he has been feeling terrible since this morning. Im writing this review beside him (passed out) in bed with a bucket next us,cause he might puke again. Review of Burger Concept

Eating at Burger Concept, a fast food restaurant, was a deeply disappointing experience. The service was indifferent at best, with staff seemingly unwilling to address basic issues. From cold fries to a missing slice of cheese in the burger, every minor complaint was met with unnecessary arguments rather than solutions.

The food itself was underwhelming. The burger arrived cold, and the onions were served in large, clumsy chunks, clearly the result of a lack of effort in preparation. It felt as if no care or thought was put into the meal.

Dining here is akin to stepping into a puddle on a freezing winter day—unpleasant, and somehow, it only gets worse. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for even a remotely enjoyable fast...
