Coffee Collective — Restaurant in Frederiksberg Municipality

I used to love coming to this spot due to the quality and the friendly service I always encountered.

Unfortunately today I had to get publicly called out by the waiter, basically asking me to leave if I didn't order another coffee, even if I had just finished it and having seated down within 15 minutes, claiming that other people needs to seat. I look around I see plenty of tables who clearly are done and at least two other alone people in individual tables who are not even with a cup at their table. What's the difference from those around me? I'm clearly not danish or white.

So disappointed with this treatment and I won't be coming back nor recommending it to anyone. I just want you all to reflect on this when dealing with customers...

The smart looking cafe with the comfy vibe, is the perfect setup for an afternoon chillout, with coffe as the center of attention.

The staff here is very professionel, and knows a LOT about coffee. Not just how you brew it, but also everything behind and between. Ask them everything about coffee, and pick your favorite beans and or blend to take home.

The Coffee Collectice collaborates with the local coffee farmers around the world, ensuring them a better pay and the Collective better beans. Very in, very nice!!

Here's the ultimate place for young hipsters. Or cool old men, who also wants to belong. Here you sit in front of your Mac or take pictures of yout coffee for Instagram. Everything is a ceremony here. The service was so bad and so slow that I did not order coffee. I felt uncomfortable and left. For the rest, children are probably undesirable if I interpret the danish sign right outside the door. Well, they do not drink coffee anyway. I tested The coffee collective Coffee than in a bakery. My espresso was terrible. Completely inedible. Which was probably mainly due to the "barista". Maybe just train it. Third wave is great, but...
