Terrible place and useless staff.

Out with a few friends, a loud rowdy group are screaming, shouting and disturbing everyone else.

We politely ask them to quieten down, which works for a few minutes before it starts up again, this goes on for 30 odd minutes. The staff do nothing, several of them stand around in the doorway chatting while a drunken idiot from the party comes over and starts throwing insults at our table and another couple. We complain about the disturbance but they claim they didn't see anything. No action, no apology plus staff that lie and make excuses rather than dealing with the problem. Eventually we got the worst offenders to leave but by then we had already had enough.

The food itself was reasonably priced but bland, the drinks flat so all in all, a total waste of time and money.

I'm embarrassed for that group. It was 8 or 9 Norwegians, a mix of men and women between mid forties and mid fifties acting like children who are trying alcohol for the first time. Brits have a bad reputation abroad but I've never...

Terrible food and bad service. Food took forever to arrive. Had to get up after 45 minutes to ask if they forgot us. Another 15 minutes and food came. Pasta (tagliatelle fungi) tasted like water and nothing else. We returned it immediately. Of our 2 steaks one was so so without much taste. The other steak had one half of it rare and burned on the outside and was not eatable. When giving feedback on the steak they did offer to make a new one, but we didn't want to wait more and already in a bad mood of the food. Paying with card wasn't working so had to go get cash from an ATM. The cherry on top was that they expected full payment of the steak, and they even remarked that they took the pasta off the bill, as if we should be grateful. Not a place we recommend or will be...

Pretty rude staff, uninterested in smiling. Food came instantly, not allowing us to enjoy the time. Fast food could be good for some but we had finished all the courses before I had drunk 300ml of beer, even though I asked to wait for the main.

General attitude of get them in, get them out and slap the food down. Not a pleasant evening.
