This has to be the best Indian restaurant in Herning. The food is flavourful and authentic. Unlike some places that use diarrhea inducing pumpkin purée or heavy cream to make the gravy, this restaurant uses yogurt based gravies, which is authentic to Indian cooking. I tried the chicken and lamb dishes. The meat was tender and delicious.
The staff also cleans the tables very thoroughly after every group of customers leave.
The only complaint I have is that the plates have a strange texture that makes a very loud scraping noise when you eat with cutlery. I have misophonia and sensory issues so it made me wish I had brought my earplugs.

They were very quick with the order, and the owner (or who I think was the owner) was very friendly and explained how to eat it. I just finished it and it was great, full of flavour and very crispy!
