Napoli — Restaurant in Herning Municipality

My starter dish, king prawns were fantastically flavoured, it was truly something worth coming for. The bread it came with came acted as a wonderful treat in between every prawn.

However, the main dish (Spaghetti Bolognese) was a major disappointment. The pasta itself was not restaurant quality in my opinion and the sauce just didn't have that multitude of taste that one looks for, this was the same case for the Farfalle al Salmone that my girlfriend ordered. My spaghetti was not tossed with the sauce prior to serving.

Atmosphere was magical, almost like a portal to a place elsewhere once you walked in through the front door. This unfortunately may have magnified our disappointment once the food came, considering our high expectations.

If there is a next time, we will definitely try something other than pasta from their surprisingly...

Twice stayed in Herning but whenever I walked past Napoli, can’t seem to catch them at the right time. This time managed to sit down at the restaurant for a good aftensmad. Summer is good time to be sitting outside so take the opportunity.

Pizza Margherita was good though I was expecting to see basil leaves as toppings and the white mozerella patches like those I have seen before. But enjoyed the pizza!

Also ordered a spaghetti bolognese - Just a lille feedback, perhaps to cut down on the decorations on the dish, just leave the necessity on 😊 But the minced beef in the sauce tastes very god!
