Restaurant Flammen — Restaurant in Herning Municipality

I cannot recommend this place. We had a table booked for four people at 8:30 PM. The waiter recommended the meat buffet... We had only managed to get our first plates — basically just starters — when the waiter came to tell us that the buffet would close in 30 minutes. That’s far too short a time for a buffet dinner; one hour simply isn’t enough to enjoy the meal.

To make things worse, the service was very poor. There were no waiters around, and we were left without drinks for a long time. I had to get up twice to find a waiter before our drinks finally arrived.

If the buffet closes that early, the restaurant shouldn’t be taking table reservations that late. On top of everything, the dinner for two cost over 100 euros, which made the experience feel even worse: the food itself...

I went to pick up a Too Good To Go order the 20th November and I had the bad luck that my phone restarted, and I could not remember one of the pin codes for one of the cards. The waitress was very helpful and tried to solve the issue as fast as possible to be able to swipe on the app. I got my two packs in the end and the two waitresses that had the shift at night were the best. Visited to celebrate the 60th anniversary of my in laws, and had expected the usual good service. But they really went the extra mile! The table was laid as usual but rose petals adorned the entire table and and roses were laid at the places where my in laws sat.
