Ribhouse — Restaurant in Holbæk Municipality

Really bad customer service. We reserved a table, waited for confirmation email that never came. took an hour drive thinking it will be ok anyway or the cofirmation email will arrive while we are on the way. We arrived kl.18.25 in the restaurant. The guy in the front said he cannot accept us without the confirmation email, that it could be that the manager just forgot to press "reject" in the system. The guy did not check in the system if the reservation went through, just a NO, he cannot help us. The restaurant is pretty big and a lot of empty tables, we are just 2 person. PLEASE FIX your reservation system and re-train your front guy for customer service.

Food is fine but this seems to be the worst of the ribhouses (still ribhouse so it's still fine)

The food was okay, but there was no sides at all (only beef, fries and a sauce).

They were unable to give us ketchup instead of sauce (even though we have had this at other ribhouses). And the server says that it's impossible to exchange them, in a not that nice tone

And the double spareribs was only 1½, after we pointed it out we did however get a discount.
