Excellent service, first-rate four-course menu composition, good wine selection. I left under the impression of having enjoyed typical danish food in top level fashion - you simply cannot do better as a restaurant. Portions could have been a whiff bigger, though. But maybe I just couldn't get enough?

My girlfriend fell in love with the rolls for appetizers, so the bread basket magically refilled from time to time ;) Very good table spacing as well, it's a sign of good service if guests are being given space.

Absolute recommendation, 5/5. It's a calm, discrete restaurant for a relaxed dinner. Please don't ruin the athmosphere with loud children - this is a place for top level...

Good and cozy Restaurant where you can enjoy a great variety of fish dishes cooked in a Danish style. Great variety of wines and beers. The service is highly qualified. I have eaten here 4 times and every time was an experience. I tasted different hand made ice creams, each one better (mint, strawberry, mango, "lakrids", among others). The fish plate or the Bullabaise was also amazing, if you like fish, of course. Once i had beef tender and was soft as you can expect accompanied with a delicious wine sauce. I strongly recommend to eat here. The price pays way far the quality of the food....

Admiralen is just about as good a restaurant as you will get in the province. One of the places where you feel so very welcome and are treated that way. We were two for dinner and both took the menu + wine menu. Seafood salad was very delicious, the pigeon simply superb. Wines were very well matched and generously poured. The service was personal and sincere. The bill was very acceptable considering the quality of the overall experience....
