I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern I had during my recent visit to your restaurant. While I thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance, I did experience an issue with the waiting time.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was excited to indulge in the delicious menu items I had heard so much about. However, it became apparent that the waiting time was much longer than anticipated. As a customer, this can be a bit frustrating and discouraging, especially when one is hungry and eager to enjoy their meal.
Nevertheless, despite this inconvenience, I wanted to express my gratitude towards one particular staff member - the waiter who attended to my table.
I truly appreciated his efforts in making our visit as pleasant as possible, despite the longer waiting time. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated and made a positive impact on our dining experience.
I believe that it is important to acknowledge exceptional service, even when a minor inconvenience is experienced. I hope you take pride in having such dedicated and customer-oriented staff members in your restaurant.

Read morejeg var der sammen med min mor og far, vi ventede i 10 minutter hvor de ansatte gik frem og tilbage uden at gide at tage imod os. Min far gik så derop og spurgte om vi kunne få et bord men alt var optaget... super dårlig kundeservice at de ikke engang lige kan tage sig sammen og sige det til nogle kunder de ved står og venter på at blive taget imod. Det var enda en af ejerne der var på arbejde den dag. Mit råd er at gå ind på kebaben ved siden af (Anas kebab) de kan finde ud af at lave en god kebab til rimelige priser og kundeservicen der er også bedre end DiSotto, hvilket dog heller ikke er så svært
Svar til deres svar: Det her er på ingen måde trolling.... Der var en af jeres medarbejdere der stod oppe i baren/kassen og ikke lavede noget som sagtens kunne have hjulpet os. Jeg tror ikke jeg behøver have en samtale omkring hvad man skriver, da jeg ikke har skrevet noget upassende eller lignede. Dette var min ærlige og oprigtige oplevelse og jeg har også hørt om andre der har haft dårlige oplevelser med jeres kundeservice. Så mindre fokus fra jeres side på at prøve at lave et sejt comeback imod mig og mere fokus på at skabe en succesfuld restaurant.
Som en lille sidenote kan i også se at jeg har givet jer 2 stjerner og ikke 1 da jeg ikke kunne bedømme jeres mad, men kun jeres service. Endnu et bevis på at dette ikke er trolling som i så fint kalder det, men et realt review af...
