Disappointing. We ordered two burgers. One without sauce and gherkins and one without a bun as one of us is gluten free ( not full celiac but very unwell if consumed.) The waitress was aware of this. We chose to go no bun to avoid the 15dkk surcharge for changing. We ordered two tap waters - 15dkk each for the privilege (perhaps we are cheap but this seems pretty unreasonable)

The burgers came the wrong way round. Non gf without a bun and the gf with a regular wheat bun. We asked for this to be changed. When they came back, we discovered the non gf still had ketchup and gherkins. Not a big deal, we asked kindly for this to be rectified. The waitress looked incredulously and took it and returned shortly with the original order. She practically threw the plates down and walked off. A few minutes later she scathingly asked if everything was alright now. From then on another severe dealt with us.

This didn't have to be a big deal, it was a simple mistake. But the poor attitude combined with the extra surcharges was enough to seal the deal. Also note that you can't get a paper recipet/itemised bill until you have paid.

Our 2 burgers, a side and 2 waters cost 444dkk.

It's worth checking TripAdvisor reviews aswell as there are many similar experiences there. Reviews from there would also suggest issues with the burgers themselves being GF. It's a bit late now so I guess we will have to wait and see.

Easily one of the best food options in the Copenhagen airport. The service was fantastic, the options were plenty and the flavours were mostly spot on.

Location & Ambience: (4/5) It is located towards the Gate A side. It is in a bit of a corner, so you gotta head towards that side to spot it. There is a lot of space inside and you will easily find seating.

Food & Drink: (4/5) The starters I had were fabulous. The chicken wings are one of the best I have ever eaten. The fact they were more crispy and the sauce just made it a delight to eat. The fries too were fantastic. I had the chilli version along with the chilli mayo. They were fantastic. The only let down for me was the burger (Cheese and Smoke). The burger was alright but it was nothing compared to the starters. Perhaps my expectations were higher post the starters, but still felt it was a let down. I recommend getting more of the starters. The beer I had was a wheat beer which was great in flavour and has a good price to quantity ratio for an airport.

Service: (5/5) The service here is super great. They have a lot of staff and that means you will get very good attention. This is certainly great when you want to get something quick. The staff are friendly and do help with decisions as well.

While passing through Copenhagen Airport, I decided to stop for a meal at Cocks & Cows. I’ve been to a few of their other locations before, and true to form, this visit was just as impressive. I placed a customized burger order with several specific requests, and I was genuinely pleased with how accurately and efficiently everything was handled.

Although the food arrived quickly, the quality didn’t suffer in the slightest. The burger was neatly assembled, and every customization was executed exactly as I had asked. The patty was cooked to perfection, the toppings were fresh and well-balanced, and the bun held up nicely without becoming soggy.

The fries were a great complement—crispy, hot, and well-seasoned—and the bottled water I ordered came out promptly with the rest of the meal. Even in the typically rushed environment of an airport, the service felt attentive and the food thoughtfully prepared.
