09.01.2024 at 12:00 The lady that was working, handling out the placed orders was very rude, and should probably get some more training in professionalism and customer service.
At one point she turns around to talk to her other colleagues saying stuff like “am i invisible?”, “are people deaf?”, “I am almost screaming” and all of this was said in a very passive aggressive way after she had to repeat some order pickups.
I get it’s frustrating having to repeat yourself, but being passive aggressive like that in front of customers is so unprofessional. She’ll have to keep in mind, she is working in an airport where not everyone is strong in the English language, and therefore it might take a little bit longer for them to figure out it’s their food being ready.
So please train her again, and teach her how to behave while at work witho it...
Read moreThe burgers were great, but the waiting time was too much (around 20-30 minutes) which can be inconvenient at the airport. The restaurant itself was frankly disgusting, noone around cleaning tables and the trash cans were overfilled. Also the toilets weren't a pleasant experience. I love the franchise so this experience was a huge letdown. Also they gave us no napkins with the meal... I don't understand why, it's just another inconvenience.
Also just realised how I never had to check reviews for McDonalds, Burger King or KFC in Prague. Back home there was always a certain standard all of these restaurants would uphold and I never had to think about whether a specific location was good/bad. I must say in Copenhagen the standards of these american franchises are much lower and I can imagine never developing any love for them if I were...
Read moreOn Monday 4 Oct. 14:00 -14:30 we stood up on the front for ordering and we waited for over 20 minutes, the blonde gird would never talked to us and she didn't say anything. After we talked to her she shaid that we had to order from the machine and if they don't work then come to her. But the crazy thing is that she were watching us whole this time and due to her indifference didn't said anything or not any information about the procedure. We felt totaly neglected and injustice. Very angry, disappointed from the non service and had the worst experience from fast food. (Also note that i like burger kings) but due to her i would never eat from this particular restaurant in airport. The management had to put also a sign for this but they never did.
