I never write reviews but this experience really annoyed me (visited Wednesday, 4 June 2025 16.59 from receipt)
On arrival, the staff member that handled the seating was friendly, and offered to help if I had problems with the online ordering process. I ordered the hangover burger (179 DKK) and a glass of red wine (90DKK). As part of the ordering process via your phone, you are prompted to leave varying percentages of tips in advance.
After a short wait a very small burger and fries were tossed onto my table by another staff member without looking at me or saying a word. Fries were cold, the tiny burger was cold, overcooked and charred. The bacon on top was so charred it disintegrated like a carbon skeleton. I tried to console myself by drinking the small measure of red wine I had been served, but it unfortunately tasted like the cheapest supermarket wine you can buy. Hardly a shock but it compounded the disappointment of the entire experience.
As my flight was about to board I just ate the burger. I then felt unpleasantly queasy for the next few hours with a charred carbon taste in my mouth.

Didn’t get a chance because of the rude staff. The guy was standing with the sign „please wait to be sited” so I asked him for a table for two. He responded that they don’t have one. I asked again „Are you serious?” while seeing an almost empty restaurant. He said again „Yes, we are fully booked, unfortunately,” I saw that he was trying to make a joke that was funny only in his head but with bags and flight soon I wasn’t in the mood for not so funny jokes. We left and went to one of the many great places that the airport offers. So my recommendation is - go somewhere else. At least you will be served as it is supposed to be. Read moreI was at Union Kitchen in Copenhagen Airport and was treated very poorly. We had two friends who were eating at a low table, and the three of us wanted to sit nearby as well. To avoid bothering them, we sat at a different table close by. The three of us ordered a beer and wanted to share some fries. The restaurant was half empty, but a waitress first made us move, and then the manager came over. He was very rude and told us we had to move to the high tables. The Asian waitress had already complained as soon as we walked in, and then the manager acted very aggressively, saying he would call the police and airport security because I didn’t want to move to the high tables.
