Loved this restaurant, small portion of Italy (Sicily) in the center of Tønder. Great food, simple but very nice menu and after meeting Thomas, the owner and chef you understand why this restaurant has this very interesting and strong connection to Italy. The food was fresh and the portions perfect, we got a great red wine to match as a recommendation from one of the waiters, who also allowed us to taist their unique on-house gin. Based this experience, I and those that joined me can highly recommend Ristorante Pavarotti (P2).

This charming little known hideaway is a little piece of Scicillian heaven right here in Tønder! The owner is very friendly and shared with us some interesting stories of his homeland. To top off our experience we ordered some cozy comfort food and he told us it eas his Grandmothers recipe. Well here's to Grandma! Delicious and what a cozy romantic downstairs setting. Dont miss this date night surprise gentlemen. Bonus points from the ladies for HYGGE med stor bogstaver!

The restaurant is very cozy although it’s not that spacious inside. The service was fine, it’s just that we can see there is needed training, not that we are seeing as the negative side, it’s just a recommendation to make the restaurant more welcoming. The food is okay, probably I ordered the wrong one because there was too much sauce in it and gave me bad stomach. The food presentation is fine as well. It’s also our first time to visit. Not bad at all. :)

Tiny Italian restaurant, good ambience, friendly people. We were visiting this restaurant after 10 years (5 stars ten years ago). They had delicious food then and now as well. Although, I guess once in a blue moon day, a customer gets an uncooked chicken and that happened to me during this visit. They promptly took it back including the fries and recooked/refried everything and got back to me. I would have expected an additional gesture though.

Italiensk i topklasse Vi lagde vejen forbi Ristorante Pavarotti i tønder lørdag til frokost. Restauranten var velbesøgt og måtte afvise kunder ved døren, så det er en god idé at bestille bord. Vi bestilte en tapasanretning, som er en sammensætning af husets forskellige forretter. Brættet var smagfuldt anrettet og ingredienserne smagte fantastisk. På brættet var der to forskellige slags skinke, en røget og en kogt, begge med lækker smag og konsistens. En lækker salami som var krydret og sød, lækre oliven, en burrata ost, som havde den helt rigtige konsistens, brættet var flot pyntet med smagfulde cherrytomater og salat. Dertil blev serveret lækkert brød og en hvidløgssmør der sad lige i skabet. Lige så enkelt det italienske køkken er, lige så fantastisk kan det være, dette var en super oplevelse. Vi bestilte, på anbefaling, en ung Nebbiolo, som passede fint til, men som have haft glæde af en dekantering. Betjeningen vi fin, høflige og opmærksomme, på trods af en fuld restaurant. Det var virkelig en fornøjelse at indtage sin frokost på Pavarotti. Jeg er sikker på, at vi kommer igen.

I’ve been visit here long time ago when the owner was the Italian old guy. He likes to get along with the customer, just make a small conversation about his pizza. Now it has new owner. I feel the taste is change a little bit. But still okay.
