Everything we had here was absolutely amazing! The hostess, Yenny, seated us at the spot we wanted and our waiter Francisco was very attentive. Everything was served at the perfect temperature, the flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful and they surprised us birthday girls with a delicious dessert topped with a sparkler! The server's were amazing and the place is really nice. We were staying at an all inclusive and we picked Montserrat Manor as our last dinner as the all inclusive food is never quite the best.

The food was okay - but at the price I would have expected more. They were out of filet, so I had the Rib Eye and it was just a bit tougher than I would have expected from a $62 cut of meat.

They also didn't have a great selection of whiskey, and my Manhattan had no real flavor.

If want to wait over an hour for appetizers and drinks, then you’ll love this place. Absolutely terrible service and poor attitude from the staff. Cutlery wasn’t on the table, side dishes weren’t on the table, we had to ask numerous times for things that were missing. Food arrived, items were missing. After waiting over two hours total for our food and voicing our complaint, we were told they would give us a 20% discount on the bill, only to have that offer retracted not even one minute later!
