This place is top of the line. Brand new clean beautiful layout and furniture. But the most Important thing of course is the delicious food. They have a healthy menu with some of the most unique options in Las Terreanas. There are many vegetarian options. They have many fruit juices and other unique healthy foods. They serve breakfast lunch and I believe an early dinner. From my understanding they close at about 4 o’clock. The owner here is meticulous and it shows in everything. This is one of the highest quality places to eat in Las Terreanas. And the prices are out of this world. Most things are about $5 usa. Breakfast is $3 usa. I don’t know how the prices here are so low and the food is so great but I have a good feeling that this place is going to do really well by volume. Now when you go shopping at the supermarket here and you can’t wait to get home to cook your food at least you could stop in this place and get a bite to eat. They also have desserts wonderful chocolate mousse at least at the time of this review and coffee. They also have Kambucha and more healthy things. You can’t go wrong highly...
Read moreThere are some items for sale on the counter. We bought two different types of chips and didn't check the expiration date since chips usually last a long time. After finishing one bag, we noticed that both were expired. Make sure to check the expiration date. It was also challenging to get a refund because you can only receive one if the owner of the café is present. They told me I had to come back another time for the refund. Eventually, the owner sent me the money for one of the items, but honestly, if you sell a small pack of chips for $8, you should provide good service and treat your customers well. The staff at this café don't know how to do that and they don't understand any English. We also tried a few smoothie bowls and toasts, and they were okay.
In response to the owner's reply: I live in the US and I know how expiration dates are written. You sell American products, so I understand how to read an expiration date :) I brought back the expired chips you sold me - you can see for yourself that they are expired. So, please don't lie to your customers, you are selling...
Read moreVery disappointing experience. I'm very patient client. Always ready to understand the waiting time and even taste of food if the staff is nice to you. This place was recommended to me by my friends. So i was ready and excited. The anti-inflam. juice was ok. The concept of the place is nice and menu seems very promising. But not the Service. Don't expect that they will be nice to you. There was 3 tables occupied and I was very patiently waiting for my avocafo toast. 1 hour later I was given weird tiny piece of bread with eggs. I asked to change the order. They said I was wrong while giving my order....I'm like...It's not possible. The owner of the place Gave me THAT LOOK like she is giving me a favor. That's the moment when my patience ended. GIRL! YOU'RE SERVING PEOPLE. NOT MAKING THEM A FAVOR. AND YOU'RE BEING PAID FOR THE SERVICE. WE DON'T PAY FOF YOU TO LOOK AT US. That's a disappointment of las terrenas. Never going there back. Oh...my friend said that her toast was regular....
