The place is a dump and the owner is a jerk that does not have a clue about customer service. There was no window in the room so it is like a cell. The tv did not work and the owner had the gaul to say that he was on break and could not address the issue. In the end if you are looking for a experience that you will always remember this is clearly the place. I will never forget is as it is the worst place that I have ever stayed.
After a night there I requested my money back for the following night. I was told that I could only have a voucher for another night. Wow!!!!!!! In the end the owner came off of break and invaded my personal space. It seems that he is use to disrespecting Dominicans and thought that his rude behavior would be tolerated. Mi experiencia mira esto y no pierda tu tiempo. Si pudiera daría una 0 Estrella. Es lo que llamamos en República Dominicana un gato por conejo. Esta muy bien camuflado en la recepción te van a vender la habitación mas cara no la adecuada a ti o la que te guste o puedas porque no te permiten elegir. El lugar se esta cayendo a pedazos con escaleras de madera en mal estado y la piscina con poca higiene y agua turbia, con animales como patos, palomas y pavos reales por doquier en jaulas llenas de excremento que no dan buen olor un fiasco. La recepción es mala y el gerente o dueño muy arrogante y de mal carácter que juzga por la imagen de los demás y si es extranjero cobrará mas caro pues no tiene un precio fijo al parecer pues solo hace énfasis en la decoración el nombre y anuncios. El parqueo no aparenta ser seguro y aparentemente esta alquilado por alguien que no es el dueño original una pena para el lugar.
