McDonald’s Puerto Plata — Restaurant in Puerto Plata

McDonald's exceeded my patience here. The last 3 orders/deliveries were wrong or the food looked like it was an accident victim (note the bags weren't broken or destroyed, it wasn't because of PedidosYa).

But today it went over the top!

If an inspector from McDonald's USA found out what was going on at McDonald's Puerto Plata, the license would be revoked.

Conclusion, completely back and acceptance refused. It's not PedidosYa's fault, PedidosYa's driver tried his best.

McDonald, all I'm saying is if you can't read, go back to school and learn to read and write.

If you order wrong, incomplete and the goods that no longer look like food 4 times in a row, then you should send your people to a McDonald training course.

I’ll give it one star because it’s clean - but .. Let’s start with the fact that there was shopping carts in the drive through area - should the staff not be aware of that and make sure to keep the drive through clear ? we got the spicy chicken burger meals. The chicken was probably half the size of the buns on two of them and one of them, regular size. Shouldn’t they all be the same size ? The chicken is not spicy - they just add a bit of some “spicy “ sauce. The fries - stale and with no flavor ! Tasted like they had been fried a while ago and were kept warm but got almost soggy. Yuck ! I enjoyed the sprite !

Not that I love McDonald’s but I know what it’s supposed to taste like and this is not it. For less than what we spent, we have gone 5 mnts from there to a great local restaurant that sells amazing chicken sandwiches-

Overall, not a great experience for me last time I visited. Food was cold, some burgers smelled rotten and place was very noisy. Although it was fast, food was not well served. Place had a sticky floor from all over the stairs and the handle bar was even broken, I almost fell trying to grab it. McFlurry was supposed to be mixed and they didn't. Just sprinkled the cookies all over the ice cream (I could have done that myself in any other place to be honest).
